Lavender Shortbread Cookies

Instructions

1/2 cup butter, cut into 1/2” pieces

Shortbread Cookie Mix

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. In a medium sized bowl using a mixer combine butter and shortbread cookie mix until dough pulls together into a ball (about 3 minutes). I

  2. f dough remains dry and crumbly you can use an additional 1-2 Tbsp of butter. Chill dough for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

  3. Roll dough out on a floured surface to 1/4” thickness.

  4. Use a knife or cookie cutter to cut desired shape.

  5. Place 1/2” apart on undressed cookie sheet.

  6. Bake 15-20 minutes or until bottom of cookie is golden.

    *Makes 2 dozen cookies.

Ingredients: Enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) malted barley flour, sugar, Lavandula angustifolia.
